  • The original prescription must be verified by us upon pickup.
  • Please be sure to bring your valid ID card or passport!
  • If you do not reserve your order in advance via our portal, there may be waiting times during pickup.
  • A maximum of 3 medicinal products may be prescribed per BtM prescription.
